2017-Present Managing Partner Deepak Kumar founded Pacific Partner RTG, LLC and raised capital to fund the launch of Way High 101 (www.wayhigh101.org) an Oregon-based retail cannabis dispensary.

April 2017-19 Managing Partner Deepak Kumar Joined the Board of Adopets Inc. (www.adopets.com). Adopets is an end-to-end pet adoption platform and recommendation engine for pet parents looking to adopt a new pet. Adopets Inc secured over $1.3M in Seed Funding through VC and private placement.

April 2017 - Managing Partner Romain Ly was appointed as interim Vice President of Investments and Operations at K Capital Group.  

February 2017 - Managing Partner Romain Ly was appointed as interim Director of Finance and Investor Relations of Locodor, a social crowdfunding platform. Subsequently, Envol Capital will act as a strategic advisor.

December 2016 - Evol Capital executes a buy-side advisor agreement to Gravita Ltd, an international publicly traded company seeking strategic acquisitions in the US. Envol is the exclusive M&A advisor for the southeast region actively seeking acquisition targets with revenues in the range of $10 to $50M. (NSE: GRAVITA)

December 2016 - to represent a hyper-growth tech company providing IT implementation, Managed services, and Cloud solutions as a sell-side M&A transaction.  

November 2016 - Managing Partner Deepak Kumar was appointed as interim CFO of Adopets, a pet adoption management platform. Subsequently, Envol Capital will assist in financial planning and growth strategies.
